Solpap, s. r. o., holder of an ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certificate subject to European norms, is one of the leading Czech producers and suppliers of shipping and consumer packaging from corrugated cardboards. The company’s basic concept is permanent growth in the quality of products and services. Our typical customers – whether they produce cars or electronics, furniture of foodstuffs – have one thing in common: they are very demanding. Demanding in terms of optimum protection for their goods, in terms of flexibility, speed and precision of our deliveries, in terms of top-quality material and processing, intelligent design solutions as well as the prefect appearance and functioning of packs and boxes. The regularly increasing volume of orders placed with Solpap shows that we have been able to fulfil the concept we have chosen to the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Thanks to the modern technologies we have introduced and also the on-line system for handling orders, Solpap is able to guarantee deliveries of packs “just in time” for consumption if so required by the client and what is more, at an advantageous price. By adhering to the fluency of in-house production, we thus eliminate the creation of warehouse stock on the part of our customers, which ensures significant savings on costs.

The main focal point of work in Solpap, s.r.o., consists of:

1. Production of industrial packaging and shipping boxes from heavy five-layer and seven-layer corrugated cardboards

Thanks to their high level of rigidity, packs from these materials are suitable for packaging heavy products and raw materials. By selecting the suitable type of cardboard, we can achieve a carrying capacity of up to 1 000 kg.

2. Operational production of folding boxes to order

This service is especially suitable for those customers who require a small amount of precisely dimensioned boxes, available immediately.

Re-certification according to the ISO 9001:2000 norm

Solpap, s. r. o., was re-certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 norm. We were able to achieve this success, among other things, thanks to the implementation of the ProDirect software for company management.
