Print

We have digital printing and flexo printing technologies. Flexotisk - Bobst, Eurostar up to 2 colors, Curioni up to 3 colors. Digital printing - HP Scitex 15500 with full-color photo print - CMYK up to 1600 x 3200 mm format.

For your business, you can choose between zero startup costs for digital printing or lower cost of simpler flexographic printing.

For digital print jobs, you will appreciate the possibility of a sample with identical printing as for all subsequent production.

Cutting

We have a range of ten cutting and cutting machines available for various sizes, designs, and sizes.

The orders with digital printing up to 100 (200) pieces are cut on the plotter. In this case, investment in cutting tools is also avoided. Together with a zero investment in print tools, this is the optimal solution for one-off or test orders.

Without cutting tools, we also order the production of basic types of flap boxes of all sizes and rectangular diaphragms. The cutting is done on special cutting machines. 

We produce die-cuts on hinged presses and cutting machines with flat and rotary die cutting machines.

Connecting

We also have a choice in this technology area. And between manual bonding of smaller multi-point orders to fully automatic mass production on the line for the production of flap boxes with an integrated gluing and folding section.

The big flap boxes are sewn or glued from two parts on the coupling semiautomatic.

Up to 4-point gluing of shaped cuts is done on 2 glues with working widths of 900 and 1600 mm.

Logistics

By default, we pack our products into EUR-type B pallets, put a cover sheet on the pallet under the goods, strips with 2 strips, under which we put protective edges from solid corrugated cardboard. Optionally, we offer the repackaging of the goods hinges on the pallet to the stretch film or the insertion of the products into the flap boxes.

For long-term projects with demand for insurance stocks and JIT, we use external services of logistics partners in Vysoké Mýto, Znojmo and Rumburk.

All inventory movement records are run through barcode readers. You will know about the delivery of the shipment to the driver through the Solpap Inet tracking system.
