Flap Boxes

The flap boxes are an essential series of packaging designed for transport and storage. We produce the box in any size and design according to the international FEFCO standard.

We manufacture flap boxes from 3, 5 and 7 layer corrugated cardboard. Our boxes keep perfetcly their shape without any breaks. We can recommend You the appropriate type of cardboard according to the load capacity and the products you will carry in the boxes.

We mostly use the Next Board material. The material is firmer and more environmentally friendly, and what is essential - costs just like the classic corrugated cardboard.

According to your wishes, the boxes can be glued and sewn. According to the graphic design we can print the box by flexographic printing or digital printing. Upon request, we can make flap boxes with perforations or carrying handles.

We also design the exact dimensions for ease of storage on pallets to save storage space. We can safely deliver ready-made boxes to you within a set deadline.
